Regression Session with Yvonne Smith
Share Article

In this first regression session with Yvonne Smith, I revisit one of the strangest and most frightening experiences I remember from childhood. At around 10 years old, I remember finding myself floating above my house, descending toward the kitchen, and somehow passing through a window. You know, normal childhood stuff.

Once inside, I felt an overwhelming wave of fear, became completely paralyzed, and was carried back toward my bedroom. The moment that has stayed with me all these years happened in the hallway. I had previously promised myself that if this ever happened again, I was going to force myself to open my eyes and see what was there.

So I opened my eyes.

About a foot away from my face was what looked like a reptilian being. I remember yellow, cat-like eyes with vertical slits, smooth snake-like skin, a snout, and a tongue that flicked out like a snake.

I quickly decided I had gathered enough scientific data for one evening and closed my eyes again.

During the regression, another part of the memory surfaced. Before finding myself floating above the house, I described a gigantic, elongated, cigar-shaped craft hovering nearby. I remembered bright light coming from inside it, smaller orange-yellow lights underneath, and a very strong feeling that I had seen this particular craft many times before.

That part was especially unsettling because it didn’t feel new. It felt familiar.

The session didn’t magically answer everything. In fact, one of the most frustrating parts was realizing how much of the memory still seemed just out of reach. I wanted a clearer picture of the reptilian being’s face, especially the exact shape of the snout, but some of those details remained fuzzy even during regression.

Apparently my subconscious keeps terrible records.

As always, I want to be clear about what this video is and isn’t. Hypnotic regression is not proof that these events objectively happened exactly as remembered. Human memory is complicated, and hypnosis can sometimes produce material influenced by imagination, suggestion, expectation, or reconstruction.

I’m sharing the session because it is part of my personal record and my attempt to understand a series of strange experiences that have followed me throughout my life. I’m not asking anyone to believe me. I’m documenting what I remember, what came up during the regression, and the questions that still remain. You can decide for yourself what to make of it.

First Regression Session — June 16, 2026

Yvonne: All right, we are doing the first session with G.R. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Okay, G.R. So, how are you doing since your consultation?

G.R.: I’m good. I’m good. Doing regression—does it usually take a few sessions to do it right? Or, I guess…

Yvonne: Well, you know, let’s just dive in and see what happens. Everyone is very different.

The first session is usually the most difficult because I would say 95% of the people who come to me have never been hypnotized before, but they want answers. So they want to go through it. They’re willing to go through it even though they’re nervous. Everybody’s always nervous.

In the first session, many times we get blocks because it’s your subconscious trying to protect you, and whatever the alien beings may have instilled in you—like, “You’re not going to remember,” and so forth. But I’m able to get through.

So first sessions could have lots of blocks we come across, or it could be floodgates. Many times people have waited so long. People come to me saying, “This happened 40 years ago,” and they didn’t know where to go. They put it on the back burner, and then they finally want answers now.

So we never know, G.R.

The important thing is just to let yourself go. Let yourself relax. You’re ready for the answers.

Did you tell me you were never hypnotized before? I can’t remember.

G.R.: I was twice. Once by an amateur, the second one by a doctor.

And I suppose I’m worried that what may come out may be made up or—

Yvonne: Oh, yeah. Everybody worries about that.

Try not to analyze anything. Try not to question anything. We’re going into the unknown, and there’s a lot of high strangeness with this.

Something may come up that you think, “Oh my God, this is crazy. She’s going to think I’m crazy,” and I may have heard it a hundred times.

I can give you confirmation later. I’ll say, “Okay, G.R., I’ve heard this or that,” without leading you.

But it’s important to just let whatever comes forward, come forward.

Not everybody is visual, so I tell everyone your senses are heightened. Feel around. Listen. Smell. Use all your senses.

Sometimes something will come in clear like that. Another time, it’s not so clear.

We never know. I never know what’s going to come out in the session. That’s why I like to schedule two hours, because this is a process. I’m ready for whatever comes forward.

Also, many times the subconscious—let’s say we go back and you’re five years old—and then the subconscious takes you to a time when you’re 10 years old. For some reason, your subconscious wants you to know that.

You may not even remember this memory or experience. It happens enough that I tell everybody: if that happens, if it spontaneously takes you somewhere else in your life, go with it because it’s important.

It may not happen today, but it may.

Oh, did you get my Zoom agreement? Did you sign that?

G.R.: No, I haven’t, but I can. I’ll do it. Sorry, I haven’t done that.

Yvonne: I just want to have it in your file.

Do you have a support person today?

G.R.: No. It’s just me right here.

Yvonne: Okay. In that case, I always have the support person—they don’t have to be in the same room with you—but we exchange numbers in case we lose connection.

It hasn’t happened yet, thankfully.

You’re going to have your cell phone off, right?

G.R.: Yeah. My wife’s upstairs. I can give you her phone number.

Yvonne: Okay. So what will happen is, say we lose connection, I will call her.

How do you pronounce her name?

G.R.: Dianelly. Think “Diane” and “Nelly.” Put them together. Dianelly.

Yvonne: Okay. I had an aunt named Nelly.

G.R.: You can call her Diane if there’s any—

Yvonne: What is her cell phone number?

G.R.: It’s 214-[number omitted].

Yvonne: Can you call her real quick? She’s going to see a strange number coming through.

G.R.: Yeah. I’ll let her know right now.

Yvonne: Let me give you my cell number so she knows it’ll be me if I need to call her.

G.R.: Okay. One second.

Hi, darling. We need your help.

Yvonne wants your phone number just in case she needs to call you if this gets disconnected during—

Okay. I gave her your number. Would you like to give her a call just quick?

Yvonne: Yeah. Tell her this may not happen. It’s just a precaution.

G.R.: She says it’s just a precaution.

Yvonne: Okay.

G.R.: Los Angeles.

Yvonne: Los Angeles, yeah.

G.R.: She has it. Okay. Thank you, Dianelly.

Yvonne: Tell her thank you.

G.R.: She says thank you.

Okay.

I was wondering if I should start with a lesser incident, or I wanted to start with one that meant a lot to me. But if there are any issues the first time, I guess we can always come back and revisit it.

Yvonne: Well, I’m going to write down two experiences. Usually I like to write down two.

You said you wanted to possibly go to one that you’ve been thinking about a lot, and we can do that.

When I have two written down, many times if something’s not coming up with the first one, I’ll go to the second one and then come back. That’s the beauty of hypnosis. I can take you all the way back. I can bring you forward.

So what was the one that you’ve been thinking about?

G.R.: When I was young, maybe 10, I wouldn’t think about this during the day. And yet at night when it happened, I always remembered, “Oh no, not again.”

I would always shut my eyes out of terror. I didn’t want to see it.

On a very rare occasion during the day, I was thinking about it and I thought, “Okay, next time this happens, I have to open my eyes. I have to see this.”

This is what I wanted to pursue.

It was where I woke up hovering above my house. I was there just floating in the air. Then I started floating down through the kitchen window, and there I was in the kitchen.

It was lit up, but not from the kitchen lights.

Then I started walking back to my room down a long hallway. As I was starting to walk, this unnatural, extreme terror washed over me.

Once that happened, I was paralyzed, and I was floated to my room.

The long hallway was L-shaped. As I was rounding the L, I remembered, “Okay, I’ve got to open my eyes.”

And I did.

That’s where I saw what—I only saw the head because the head was very close to me—and it was a lizard. It had a snout.

Lizard skin, like a snake.

What didn’t make sense to me was the tongue came out like a snake. It didn’t make sense because how could such an advanced creature look so primitive?

Many years later, maybe about 15 years ago, I was talking with another experiencer. I remember it was one of those conversations where, “Oh my God.”

We were talking about the tongue. It came out like a lizard.

“I saw that too.”

And then the eyes.

We were confirming things. I would say something and then she would say something, and I’d say, “Yeah.”

Her confirming the tongue was—

Anyway, at the time I was a child. I saw it. The eyes, the snout, how the tongue came out very quickly like a snake.

I don’t recall if they put me back in my bed or if I blacked out.

But that has meaning to me because I was finally able to open my eyes and actually see it.

Yvonne: So the lady you met where you were comparing experiences, how did you meet her again?

G.R.: Many years ago, there was a chat app or something. Maybe Paltalk.

There was a room that discussed UFOs and ETs. It was through that room.

Actually, I did my first podcast through there. I think the person who ran it was called Joe Montaldo.

Yvonne: Montaldo. I know him. I did his podcast many years ago.

G.R.: Yeah.

He got interested in me because of what I was saying.

Someone was saying something that was quite inconsiderate, and it upset me. I guess Joe could tell, “Okay, this sounds like a person who actually…”

Anyway, next thing you know, I’m on the show.

He was a very, very good interviewer.

Yvonne: Yes.

I don’t know if he’s still doing it. It’s been several years, but I’m familiar with him.

It’s really important when people start comparing the similarities. That happens in my support group all the time.

It gives a little bit of confirmation. “Okay, I didn’t make this up,” which is what people worry about.

So that’s interesting.

G.R.: No, I knew what I saw.

I’d just never heard about it out there.

Yvonne: Sure. Of course.

So you want to start with that?

G.R.: Yes, please. Let’s start with that.

Yvonne: Okay.

Remember, if something starts becoming uncomfortable for you and you’re not sure if you want to make that next step, I always ask, “Okay, G.R., do you want to continue, or do you want to leave this memory?”

Most people, even though it’s frightening, want to continue. They say, “I want to continue,” because they’ve waited so long.

But I use different techniques where we just bring up the information and verbalize the information without feeling fear or pain. We need to bring that out of the subconscious. That’s what’s important.

Let me write some notes.

This one, you were 10 years old, right, if I recall correctly?

G.R.: Approximately.

Yvonne: Okay. We’ll just say 10. It doesn’t have to be exact.

Where were you living?

G.R.: Columbus, Mississippi.

Yvonne: Columbus, Mississippi.

A house? Apartment?

G.R.: A house.

Yvonne: One story? Two story?

G.R.: One story.

Yvonne: Was that with mom, dad, and siblings?

G.R.: Yes. Mom, dad, and sister.

Yvonne: Sister older or younger?

G.R.: Younger.

Yvonne: Okay. We’re going to be in that house.

Tell me from the beginning, consciously, what you remember.

G.R.: It’s been so long.

I woke up in midair looking down.

I was floating there looking down at the house, at the roof, at the kitchen, seeing the vegetation outside.

At that moment, I was just floating there.

I don’t know if I looked back at the ship or not, but I was there.

Then I started being floated down toward the kitchen window. There was a big kitchen window, and I went right through it into the kitchen.

The kitchen was lit up.

I don’t remember what I was thinking, but I remember, “Okay, I just need to get back to bed.”

I started walking back toward my bed, and then that extreme, horrible fear gripped me.

Shortly after, I was paralyzed.

I closed my eyes and started floating back.

I think I was floating horizontally, but I can’t remember.

How would I be floating horizontally? I was going around the corner.

Maybe I was.

Anyway, I floated around the corner and remembered, “Okay, this is happening. I’m awake. I know what’s going on. I need to open my eyes.”

I opened my eyes, and right there, maybe a foot away, was his face.

All I saw was the side of his face.

I was on the right; he was on the left.

His eyes looked like cat eyes. The snout. The skin. I remember it looked very smooth, snake-like.

And the tongue came out like a snake and went back in.

I don’t know if I shut my eyes or blacked out.

I have a feeling they put me back in my bed and I went back to sleep.

But it would be nice to remember that more accurately.

Especially, I would love to remember clearly what he looked like.

I don’t know if I trust my memories, but I would like to really have a visual of what he looked like so I could generate—or work with AI to generate—a very accurate image.

Yvonne: In your bedroom, did you share with your sister, or did you have your own bedroom?

G.R.: My sister and I had separate bedrooms.

Going down the hallway, it’s L-shaped.

You go down, take a left. On the right side is my sister’s room. On the left is the bathroom.

The next room up on the right is my room, and the hall dead-ends at my parents’ room.

Yvonne: Okay.

I’m going to put you back in that house. We’re going to go to your bedroom. We’re going to go to that night.

About what time did you go to bed at 10 years old? Maybe 8:00? 9:00?

G.R.: I want to say 8:00, not 9:00. Maybe even 7:30.

I wanted to say 7:00, but that just seems so early.

Maybe 8:00.

Yvonne: Okay. We can say 8:00.

Do you remember what time of year it was? Was it cold? Warm? Spring?

Just approximately what you remember.

G.R.: I was outside. I didn’t feel cold at all.

The vegetation was green.

I think it might have been during the warm months for sure. Definitely not winter.

Yvonne: So maybe spring.

Like I said, it doesn’t have to be exact. Sometimes the subconscious will correct it and go, “Oh, no, it was summer.”

G.R.: Yeah, I want to say summer.

Yvonne: Okay, summer.

We’ll go to that night. We’ll have you get into bed, your typical routine, and see what comes up.

All right. Your second one?

G.R.: All right.

This was another one where I’d never seen it before or heard about it, but it was confirmed later.

Maybe let’s save that for another time.

Yvonne: Whatever you feel.

G.R.: Okay, no. Let’s do it.

This was—I was in California, not too far from where you are. I was in San Clemente.

Yvonne: Orange County.

G.R.: Yes.

It was my uncle’s birthday. I flew in. I got a hotel room.

That night—

Yvonne: Let me go back.

When was this? You were an adult.

G.R.: I was an adult. This must have been 2004 or 2005.

I’ll say maybe 2004.

Yvonne: What month was your uncle’s birthday?

G.R.: Nope. 2005.

Good question.

Let me see. I don’t know if it’s on Facebook—

Yvonne: That’s okay. Again, approximately. Spring? Summer? Fall?

G.R.: I think summer.

Wait. Here it is. Ron.

January 21st.

Yvonne: Oh, okay.

G.R.: Whoa. I guess the weather in California is always nice.

Yvonne: We have summers that last forever.

G.R.: Okay.

Yvonne: So we’ll say January 2005.

You flew in for your uncle’s birthday and stayed at a hotel. Do you remember where the hotel was?

G.R.: I imagine it was nearby.

I remember the hotel. It was more of a budget hotel. I don’t think it was a name brand or anything.

I got in on a Friday. For some reason, that popped into my head as when it occurred, but I’m not quite sure.

Yvonne: Approximately is fine. I just want to put you back there.

G.R.: Anyway, that night, I went to sleep with no problem.

Yvonne: Approximately what time did you get into bed?

G.R.: Maybe 9:30 or 10:00. Probably about 10:00, 10:30.

I’d say 10:00.

Then I woke up.

I woke up sitting in my bed—not lying down. I was sitting up.

The room was lit, but I couldn’t really open my eyes.

I could tell the room was lit. I think I was able to open my eyes a tad bit, but I couldn’t really open them.

I was sitting up, and in my mind, I had what I thought was a chocolate Popsicle. One of those big ones.

I had it in my hand.

I think someone said—I don’t know if they said “eat it” or not—but I remember they were urging me to eat it.

I took a bite out of it.

It didn’t taste like chocolate.

I remember someone saying, “Good, good.”

I remember that part, and I don’t remember what happened afterward.

Then I went out.

I woke up again in my bed, but this time I was lying in bed. No light.

Looking to my right side, right next to my bed, was this floating orb.

Not a circular orb. It was more like a transparent, reddish lava-lamp sort of thing.

You nodded your head. Have you heard of this before?

Yvonne: Yeah.

G.R.: Lava-lamp kind of thing?

Jesus Christ.

I told you, give me a little bit of confirmation.

I looked down and you’re nodding your head like, “Yeah, I’ve seen this before.”

It was there, and I was looking at it.

Something to my left said something. What they told me didn’t make sense.

I don’t think it was supposed to make sense. Rather, it got me to turn my head to the left to see who was talking.

There was no one there.

When I turned to my right again, the orb was gone.

I’m thinking maybe they wanted to distract me to let the orb disappear or something.

But that little transparent, reddish lava-lamp orb—it was kind of an oval shape. Not a full oval shape.

It’s so hard to describe.

It was just there.

It would be really interesting for me to dive deeper into that.

After I went back to bed, I woke up and walked out.

I think I was going to the hotel office for some reason. Maybe I was checking out.

I remember these two kids staring at me from a window.

They were staring at me, and the stare didn’t make sense at the time.

I wasn’t even thinking about the night before.

They were looking at me like—

I guess what I’m trying to say is maybe they saw something last night and saw me floated up or something, and now they’re seeing this man walk—

No. Actually, I’m just speculating. Never mind about that.

But at the airport on the way back, I got a call from my then ex-girlfriend.

She said they came for her too, the same night.

Yvonne: Oh.

G.R.: When I say I know what “they” are, I actually have no idea what they are.

She thinks they’re demons or angels because that’s her worldview growing up.

Yvonne: Yeah. Of course.

We may not get to the second one. It depends on what happens with the first one, but I always have two written down.

I also want you to think—and I may have told you this during the consultation—about a favorite place where I can put you when we’re going into hypnosis and coming out.

It can be real or imagined, usually a place in nature.

A place where I can say, “Okay, G.R., go to your place,” and you feel completely comfortable, safe, happy.

G.R.: The beach.

Yvonne: A lot of people pick that.

G.R.: Have you ever heard of the book The Beach?

Yvonne: I think so. There’s the movie called The Beach, right?

G.R.: Yes. I read the book, and the beach where the movie was filmed—that’s where I’m thinking about.

Yvonne: Okay.

And the beauty of hypnosis is that you can put whatever you want on your beach. Waterfalls. Unicorns. Whatever makes you feel perfectly comfortable.

Are you going to be lying down or sitting?

G.R.: I’ll be lying down.

Yvonne: Okay. Go ahead.

I want to be able to see you and obviously hear you, maybe from the waist up.

G.R.: Maybe I can prop you on the pillow here.

Does that work?

Yvonne: Yeah, I can see you. I just want to be able to hear you.

It goes a little blurry. Right now you’re blurry.

G.R.: That’s because of the phone. I think it’s focusing automatically.

Yvonne: As long as I can still see you.

G.R.: There we go. Is it still fuzzy?

Yvonne: No, you’re good.

Okay. You’re lying in bed. Are you ready?

G.R.: I am.

Hypnosis Begins

Yvonne: I want you to just let your body sink into your bed and begin to allow your breathing to grow deep.

G.R.: Oh, sorry.

Yvonne: It’s okay.

G.R.: You’re a little loud there. Let me lower your volume.

Okay.

Yvonne: Can you hear me okay?

G.R.: Right there. Yeah.

Yvonne: Now just feel your chest as you allow your breathing to grow deep, feeling your chest moving up and down.

Allow yourself to just let go. Allow your body and your mind to let go and relax.

Leave everything on the outside for now—all of your everyday responsibilities and schedules—knowing that we have set aside this special time just for you.

As your breathing grows deep, each and every time you exhale, allow yourself to release any tension, stress, or anxiety that you may have been feeling.

Let it go.

Release any negative feelings, thoughts, or emotions that you may have been feeling or thinking. Letting them go, knowing that it serves no purpose to hold in the negatives.

Release any pain or discomfort that you may have been feeling within the physical body. Just let it all go now, each and every time you exhale.

As you inhale, imagine that you’re inhaling relaxation into every part of your body and your mind, all the peacefulness and calmness into every muscle, every nerve, every fiber, as you allow all of the tensions to melt away.

As your breathing grows deep, sinking into the bed, feeling very, very calm, move all of your attention now down to your feet.

Become aware of each and every toe.

As you become aware of each and every toe, become aware of a deep, heavy relaxation beginning in your toes as it slowly and gently moves through the nerve endings of your feet down to your heels, as if your feet are being gently massaged with deep relaxation and warmth.

Feel the warmth deeply penetrating the ankles, deeply penetrating the calves, enveloping the knees, and slowly and gently spreading throughout the thighs as your legs feel warm and comfortable.

Become aware of the warmth deeply penetrating the entire hip area, deeply penetrating the stomach muscles, slowly and gently spreading through the solar plexus and the entire chest area.

As your breathing grows deeper, allow all of the tensions to melt away.

Become aware of the shoulders and any tension, stress, or anxiety within the shoulders.

Release it all now.

Release all the heaviness in your shoulders as you become aware of the warmth deeply penetrating the shoulders, deeply penetrating the biceps and the elbows, spreading through the forearms and the wrists, massaging all the tiny muscles in the hands.

As you exhale once again, release any remainder of tension, stress, or anxiety, letting it all go through each fingertip.

As you become aware of your lower back area, feel the warmth deeply penetrating the lower back as it slowly and gently spreads throughout the entire back area, as if the entire back area is being gently massaged.

Massaging all the tiny muscles in the neck area and massaging the entire scalp area.

Feeling warm, almost tingly, as if the entire scalp area is being gently massaged.

Become aware of the relaxation sweeping evenly over the forehead and over the eyelids as your eyelids grow heavier and heavier with each and every breath you take, massaging all the tiny muscles in the facial area.

Imagine now a cascading waterfall of relaxation from your head all the way down to your toes.

As I count from five down to zero, your body prepares you to become deeply asleep with each and every count.

Five, as you feel every muscle, every nerve, every fiber letting go.

Four, allowing all of the tensions to melt away.

Three, like little slivers of ice melting away.

Two, allowing yourself to drift down deeper and deeper.

One.

And zero.

Allow yourself to gently drift down into a deep sleep, finding that each and every time I suggest deep sleep to you, you go quickly, soundly, and deeply to this depth or deeper.

The physical body relaxes and the mind remains calm.

At this time, visualize, imagine, or picture yourself at the top of a beautiful, unique staircase.

The staircase is very special to you because you have designed it. You have created it.

Look all around and see the design you used to create this special staircase with two very sturdy handrails on each side.

Standing there, you feel very safe and secure.

As you reach deep within yourself, you find that each and every time you choose to explore a memory or an experience, you allow all the information to come forward very easily and effortlessly, knowing now that this is the right time to remember and a very safe time to remember.

Look down toward the bottom of your staircase.

You find that you’re very anxious to get to the bottom because your special beach is waiting for you.

Knowing that you built your staircase with 20 stairs, begin by taking the left handrail with your left hand as you start down with your left foot.

Nineteen. Eighteen. Seventeen. Sixteen.

Drifting down.

Fifteen. Fourteen. Thirteen. Twelve.

Gently and slowly.

Eleven. Ten. Nine. Eight. Seven. Six.

You’re almost there.

Five. Four. Three. Two. One.

And zero.

Allow yourself to gently drift down into a deep sleep.

You have now arrived at your special beach.

Begin by taking some deep cleansing breaths and surround yourself with all that you love about your special beach.

I will leave you there now for a few moments just to be at peace.

Yvonne: Okay, G.R., we’re going to be leaving your beach for just a little while, but it is always there waiting for you whenever you want to be there.

For now, you’re going to allow yourself to take a trip back in time that you are now ready to remember and bring forward.

As we leave the present time of June 16, 2026, allow yourself to begin to drift back to the time in your life when you were 10 years old, during this time living in your house in Columbus, Mississippi, with your family—mom, dad, and younger sister.

Feel yourself now going back into that house.

As you look at your hands and feet, you see the little boy of 10 years old.

You can feel and sense what you are wearing.

Your house begins to look very familiar to you, feeling very familiar using all of your senses.

Your mind is sharp and clear.

Describe verbally where you are in your house as you allow yourself to drift down deeper.

G.R.: I’m in the living room.

I see my dad’s shelving and desk on the right, and the fireplace to the left.

The couches, the windows, the fan spinning above.

Yvonne: Now as you feel yourself there, everything is coming in very sharp and clear.

Go to your bedroom.

As you’re approaching your bedroom, describe your surroundings.

G.R.: I’m entering my room.

The bed is on the other side of the room from where the door is, next to the window.

Looking in from the door, in front of you is the bed.

There are two windows, one on the right and one on the left side of the room.

On the left are the closets. There are two of them, and the doors are like accordion doors. You open them that way.

I see some furniture, a desk at the right wall.

The bed is a single bed.

Yvonne: Take a deep breath.

I want you to go to that night that you are now ready to explore, as you allow the information to come forward.

Go to that particular night.

Do everything you do to get ready for bed.

It’s about 8:00. This is a summer night.

Do everything you do getting ready for bed, and then let me know when you are in your bed.

Feel all the bedding around you, feeling the bed underneath you.

Let me know when you’re in bed.

G.R.: Okay. I’m in bed.

Yvonne: Take some deep breaths.

Allow yourself to drift down deeper into this time in your life.

Your senses are heightened. Always pay attention to your body, as your body retains memories.

Begin to drift off to sleep, allowing yourself to verbalize anything and everything that comes forward.

G.R.: Nothing’s coming forward.

As I went to bed, what just sticks out is waking up in the middle of the night and finding myself floating above my house in the backyard.

Yvonne: Feel your body now.

As you feel your body floating, your body retains memories.

Feel all around you using your senses and describe everything that’s happening.

G.R.: Oh, wait.

Actually—

Yeah.

I can sense the one behind me, to my back left.

But I’m not looking there.

I’m looking down at my house and starting to float toward the house at a diagonal.

I’m heading toward the kitchen windows.

It’s—

One second I’m floating in, and then boom.

I’m inside.

Yvonne: Feel yourself inside.

Feel all around you.

Using all of your senses, describe everything that’s happening.

G.R.: There I am in the kitchen.

Through the window, there’s a table where the family eats. It’s a glass table.

But I floated through the window, and it seems like I’m in the kitchen near the doorway—not doors—the hallway leading back to the bedrooms.

It’s light in the kitchen.

Yvonne: Look all around the kitchen.

Do you see the kitchen lights?

G.R.: No.

No.

Okay, this is weird.

It seems like when I was floated in, in the kitchen where the glass table is supposed to be, I’m standing on the floor—but in a spot where I should be hitting the glass table.

The glass dining table in the nook there.

Is it even there?

Anyway, I see the kitchen.

There’s the refrigerator in front of me.

But this is weird.

I just know I need to get back to my bed.

I’m not really looking behind me.

Behind me is where the window is.

I start walking back to my room.

Right when I get to where the pantry is—the first door on the right—that’s when I’m terrified.

Yvonne: Get in touch with that emotion.

Describe the source as you’re walking back.

Do you feel yourself walking back to your room?

G.R.: The fear comes over me and I can’t walk because I’m paralyzed.

I’m paralyzed and terrified.

So I close my eyes.

Yvonne: As you are paralyzed, what position do you feel your body is in?

G.R.: Standing.

Yvonne: Are you able to move your head?

G.R.: No.

My eyes are closed. I’m paralyzed.

No, I’m not moving my head.

Yvonne: As you are standing there feeling paralyzed, your eyes are closed.

Try to get a sense of everything around you.

Use all of your senses.

Do you sense any sound or movement?

Do you feel the floor underneath your feet?

G.R.: They’re definitely behind me.

Yvonne: Describe who they are.

G.R.: My eyes are closed. I don’t—

I get a feeling—

Yvonne: Get a feel for what’s behind you.

G.R.: The reptile-looking creature.

Yvonne: Where do you sense that he is?

G.R.: Still to my back left.

Same position as when I was outside.

He was to my back left.

I close my eyes, and at that point—

Yvonne: Is there another one?

G.R.: Yeah.

Yvonne: Where do you sense the other one?

G.R.: Behind me.

Yeah. Behind me.

I’m paralyzed.

I start floating.

I’m on my side.

Yvonne: Which side?

G.R.: I’m on my right side, facing down.

Even though I’m being floated down the hallway on my side, as we round the corner somehow I’m still flat.

I don’t know how that can be because there are walls there.

Maybe—

You know, it was an L-shaped hallway.

Maybe I’m so small that I was able to navigate through there, or they navigated me through there.

I was terrified. Very, very terrified. Eyes shut closed.

Yvonne: Without feeling the terror or fear, as you’re ready now to bring up all of the information, continue describing everything.

G.R.: I had to know if it was real.

I knew it was real. I knew I was awake, but I needed confirmation through my eyes.

I remembered, “Okay, I need to open my eyes. I’ve got to see this.”

I knew it would be terrifying.

But I opened my eyes.

It reminded me a bit of a crocodile.

Sort of looking—

Hold on.

The eyes were yellow.

The slit—it was like a cat eye, with a slit down the middle.

There was a snout.

I can’t quite remember the end of the snout now.

But I remember the tongue came out like a snake.

Yvonne: As you’re seeing this, what position is your body in?

Are you floating?

Are you paralyzed?

G.R.: I’m floating and paralyzed.

I have to be on my right side facing down because when I opened my eyes, I saw the face right there.

If I was on my back, I’d be looking straight up.

But no. I was on my side.

I must have been high up off the ground because I saw his head and that’s it.

I didn’t see the rest of its body because the head was right there.

I couldn’t see out of my peripheral vision.

Then I closed my eyes again.

I’d had enough of seeing it.

Yvonne: As you describe this being, does it feel familiar to you?

G.R.: No.

Yvonne: You felt another being as well.

Do you feel the other being there?

G.R.: Yeah.

I didn’t see it.

The lizard guy is there in front of my face, but there’s someone near my feet.

I’m not looking down there. I can’t look down there.

I just feel that there’s someone there.

There are two.

Yvonne: Do you sense that they are the same, or if one is different from the other?

Use all your senses.

G.R.: No.

I don’t know.

Yvonne: Continue describing the position your body is in and whether you are able to move.

G.R.: No.

I shut my eyes. I’ve seen enough.

They continue taking me to my room.

They put me in bed.

And poof.

They’re gone.

Yvonne: Take a deep breath.

We’re going to back up a little bit in this experience as you are now ready to remember everything.

We’re going to back up to where you felt yourself floating over the house.

Feel yourself there floating over the house.

From there, as we back up a little bit more, describe and verbalize everything that comes forward before you find yourself floating above your house.

G.R.: Oh, shit.

Um.

Okay.

There’s a gigantic ship there.

I’m coming out of it.

I don’t remember before that, but I remember a bright light.

It’s coming from inside the ship.

I think that must have been the portal or the doorway. I don’t know.

The ship is very familiar.

The lights.

It has various lights on it and smaller lights on the exterior underneath.

Then you have that light coming out of the interior of the ship—the bright light.

It’s always terrifying.

Always scary at that point.

Yvonne: Without feeling the fear, know that you are in a safe place and allow yourself to bring forward the information that is important to you.

G.R.: I’m being floated down from that ship.

I’m turned around, paused in the air, and started floating down.

It’s really hard.

I need to remember what this thing looked like.

I’ve had clear memories of it, but for some reason I can’t—

Yeah, I remember the eyes, but I can’t seem to get a clear take on the face and the snout.

Yvonne: From what you’ve described of these beings, you’re going to remember the details that you verbalized.

You’ll be able to draw what you felt they looked like, what you’re sensing from them.

You’ll be able to draw the details.

Take a deep breath.

Once again, go to the ship.

Look up at the ship.

Does that ship look and feel familiar to you?

G.R.: Yeah.

It’s huge.

It’s very, very menacing.

It’s a long, elongated ship.

It’s so unnatural.

It’s an elongated, say, cigar shape.

I can see one end of the cigar, the one hovering over my backyard, but I don’t see the other end.

Maybe it’s just too long for me to see.

I don’t know.

But those small exterior lights are so familiar and scary.

The ship.

I’ve seen that many times before.

That’s the one I would much rather prefer not to see.

The lights are orange-yellow.

Yvonne: As you are looking at the ship, you’ll be able to draw the details of the ship, the lights, and how it all looks.

You’ll be able to remember the details to draw it.

G.R.: Okay.

I see that ship.

I’m simply looking up at it—whether before going in or out.

I’ve seen it so many times before.

I know many memories have been lost.

Yvonne: You’ll be able to bring forth the memories when you’re ready.

You’ll remember every detail, and as time goes on you will remember more consciously as you are ready to remember.

Are you ready to leave this experience for now?

G.R.: It really bothers me that I don’t feel like I’ve got a firm grip on the head of that lizard.

There was a strong sense of power behind it.

Power and fear.

The eyes—I mean, he was just facing forward as I was being floated down the hallway.

Yvonne: As you look at those eyes, do you sense any communication?

G.R.: No.

No.

There’s no communication going on here.

I’m not even in the condition to communicate.

I was observing the eyes.

The skin was a soft tan-brown-gray color.

There was a snout.

I can’t make out the snout well enough for me to actually draw it.

Hold on.

I mean, I see the tongue.

Okay, surely I have to see where the tongue is coming from, from the snout.

Yvonne: It’ll become clearer to you as time goes on.

G.R.: Yeah.

It’s just more of an alligator—

Forgive me.

I’d like for that to come into focus as time goes on.

Yvonne: It will come into focus for you.

You’ll be able to remember more consciously and clearly as time goes on.

You are ready to remember.

Is there anything else from this time in your life, this experience, that you need to verbalize at this time?

G.R.: Other than that was, of course, one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.

Yvonne: Are you ready to leave this time for now?

G.R.: Yeah. Yeah.

Yvonne: Take a deep cleansing breath.

Everything that came forward, you will remember more consciously as time goes on.

Let’s leave that time for now.

Begin to come back to the present time of June 16, 2026.

As you’re approaching your beautiful beach, coming back to the present time, you begin to feel very calm, very peaceful, feeling very happy.

Let me know when you’re there at your beach.

G.R.: I’m here.

Yvonne: Take some deep cleansing breaths, surrounding yourself with all of its beauty, all that you love about your special place.

Tonight when you sleep, and each and every night, you will enjoy a restful sleep.

In your venting dreams, your subconscious will vent out all the negatives it does not need to hold on to, venting them out and letting them go.

You wake up each and every morning feeling rested, energetic, and ready to meet the challenges of each new day.

As I count from zero back up to five, you’ll awaken feeling fully refreshed, mentally alert, very calm, with a good sense of well-being and always feeling happy.

Starting with zero, which always represents deep sleep.

The suggestions I’ve given you are now reinforced as you’re coming up to one and two.

Your breathing becomes more normal.

Three.

Feel your body starting to come around.

Four.

Your eyes are opening.

And five.

One, two, three, four, five.

Eyes open.

Wide awake.

Feeling great.

Now don’t get up too quickly. Give yourself a couple moments, and when you’re ready, get up carefully.

After the Regression

G.R.: What’s really frustrating is that I have that memory in me.

I saw it clearly, and it didn’t come out for me this time.

It’s frustrating because I want to say I remember that clearly, but I don’t.

I guess maybe over the years that memory has faded.

But it’s something I’ve never forgotten.

Apparently my—

Ah, I really want to see what this thing looks like.

I really want to get an illustration of this thing.

Yvonne: Since we’ve opened up the subconscious today, pay attention.

Make sure you’re keeping your journal with all the strange things and so forth, but especially pay attention to your dreams.

The subconscious will bring forward more information, more memory, in vivid dreams or flashbacks.

Don’t be surprised if you have flashbacks.

You might be doing something where you’re not thinking about this whatsoever—even doing something mundane—and all of a sudden this flash comes up.

G.R.: If I have that, I’ll write it down. I’ll report it.

Yvonne: It could be a flash of the face or just an eye.

It happens frequently.

So I tell all of my clients to write everything down.

Anything that comes up will be to your benefit to look back and say, “Oh, that’s right. I had a dream.”

That’s how it brings it up.

G.R.: This may seem mundane, but feeling him to my back left while I was floating up there—that makes sense.

When I came down and I was paralyzed, he was still to my back left.

So when I was floating down the hallway, of course he would be right there in front of me, in front of my face.

I never really thought of that.

I’d forgotten him being to my back left.

So that was interesting.

The idea that I was put down in the middle of the kitchen—I want to say right where the glass table should be—that doesn’t make sense.

How could I be standing on the floor when there should be a glass table there?

Yvonne: That may become clear to you, the reason why.

These things could come up later.

I don’t want to say anything right now to lead you into anything.

G.R.: Gotcha.

Yvonne: It’s your first session. You did very well.

You did very well verbalizing and describing everything.

G.R.: That cigar-shaped ship—I saw that many times.

I’ve forgotten so many of my memories from when I was a kid.

Yvonne: That could come to you as well in dreams or however the subconscious brings it up.

You may have a dream where it comes to you that you saw it for the first time when you were five years old.

That happens too.

You felt that you had seen this particular one before.

G.R.: There are questions.

I don’t know how much time we have left, but why would they sit me in the kitchen and take me down the hallway to my bedroom when I know they can just take me right through the walls in my bedroom up to the ship?

This is just speculation, but maybe they put that thought in my head.

Maybe they wanted me to see them for some reason.

Maybe taking the long way to my bedroom allowed me time to open my eyes.

Or maybe I was just brave enough to open my eyes in the first place.

I don’t know.

Yvonne: A lot of those questions could come later with some answers.

Something will hit you.

Say you book another session. Sometimes the first session makes sense with the sixth session.

All of a sudden it just—

We’re putting together a puzzle. A gigantic puzzle.

Right now things are kind of—

Like I said, it’s your first session.

Make sure you document everything. Write everything down.

Try to start drawing when you have some quiet time.

Just like writing in your journal, drawing comes from the subconscious, and it often triggers more memory.

G.R.: I remember telling my mother that when I was a kid, I drew these bases on the Moon with a mushroom shape.

I think I mentioned that to you.

I can’t remember, but back then I have this feeling that it meant something to me.

That memory is gone, but I still have the feeling of it.

Yvonne: That could come up again.

We opened up the subconscious, and we have so many—

It’s like having a computer inside all of us with things saved or registered that we don’t consciously remember until we start doing the regressions.

So don’t be surprised if all of a sudden something comes back to you.

Do you still have those drawings from childhood?

G.R.: No.

I looked everywhere for them at my parents’ house years ago.

Years ago, I remember there was some person who worked in the government who was describing, “Oh, I saw these pictures of the Moon base, and they were mushroom-shaped.”

And I thought, “Holy shit.”

So I looked everywhere, but I couldn’t find any of them.

I wish I could find them.

God, because that would be good for my book.

Yvonne: Just keep looking.

Your parents are still living and well. You never know. You could find them.

I hope you do.

I like seeing childhood pictures and things like that.

G.R.: If I had them, they would be in my room.

I’ll look again, but I looked thoroughly through my old drawings.

Yvonne: Like an attic or basement?

G.R.: Oh.

I didn’t even consider looking in the attic.

Oh my God.

Let me ask my mom.

Yvonne: Yeah.

Sometimes I’ve had other people say, “Oh my God,” when they weren’t even looking for anything like that.

All of a sudden they’re looking through boxes or whatever.

You never know.

I’m hoping you find them. Show them to me if you do.

But you did very well, G.R. Very well.

G.R.: Thank you.

Yvonne: You did a good job not analyzing.

Like I said, we’re getting into the unknown still.

People have described what are called reptilian beings.

G.R.: Oh, yeah.

I know.

Forgive me, that brings up another memory.

I was at university and taking a summer course at the University of Memphis.

There was a poster about a meeting.

I went there with a bunch of UFO guys, and that was the first time I remember the hosts talking about reptilians.

They were describing them, and I thought, “Holy shit. That was real.”

That was real.

And the lady I told you about before—we both saw the same thing.

But let me ask your forgiveness.

I have a touch of ADHD, and it’s really rude for me to interrupt.

Yvonne: That’s okay. No worries.

No, no worries.

Try to look at your parents’ house again.

Keep documenting everything, and anything that comes to you.

Let me know if and when you want to book the next session.

You can look at your calendar, email me, and we’ll figure it out.

G.R.: Is 10:00 a good time for you?

Yvonne: Yeah.

Was it okay for you?

G.R.: I could do that again.

Yvonne: We could do that.

All my European clients are at 10:00. It’ll be an eight-hour difference.

But I understand with your schedule, of course. No problem.

G.R.: Let’s see.

My schedule for the next two months—

July 5th, I’m leaving town for the summer. I’ll be back in late August.

I’m going on vacation with the family.

Then next week, the 23rd to the 29th, I’ll be flying back to Dallas for business.

Yvonne: Okay.

Terry?

G.R.: Yeah.

Me, him, and a couple of other people are going to see the Disclosure movie.

Yvonne: Oh, I wish I could go with you guys.

Please give them my love. I really miss them.

G.R.: Absolutely.

Yvonne: When you think you’re going to be back from vacation, if you have a date or whatever, let me know.

If you don’t know right now—

G.R.: Anything next week would work.

I’m trying to see when I’m leaving.

Tuesday the 23rd.

So a week from today—

No, I’ll be leaving that day.

You know, we can figure this out through email, but maybe the 22nd might be a possibility.

Yvonne: Okay. Anytime.

Just let me know.

If you think it’s going to be the 22nd, right now it’s open.

I can block it off for you.

G.R.: Okay. Let’s plan on the 22nd.

Yvonne: Okay. Right now I’ll pencil it in.

I’m doing that as we speak.

Let me pencil it in just to block it off.

Then I’ll send you the Zoom link.

If you have to change it, just try to give me 24-hour notice because I can put someone else in there. Sometimes I have a waiting list.

Well, great.

G.R., I’m glad we did it today.

You did a great job for your first session.

Did you send Zelle last time?

G.R.: Yeah. I’ll just do that each time.

Yvonne: Okay.

For the regression session, $300 for today.

Anything that comes up, please feel free to email me.

We’re now eyeball-deep into looking into this.

We’re putting together your puzzle.

I’m happy to work with you.

G.R.: Me too.

Thank you, Yvonne.

Yvonne: And tell your wife thank you so much for being on standby.

I will send you this recording once I get it into the computer.

Most of the time you were blurry, but I could hear you, and that’s the most important thing because I have to ask you questions.

Toward the end, I don’t know what happened—if you moved it or something—but then you came in clear.

As long as I could hear you, it was fine.

I’ll send that to you later today.

G.R.: Sounds good.

Thank you so much.

Yvonne: Bye-bye.

G.R.: Bye.
