In my second regression session with Yvonne Smith, I went back to a strange experience from 2005 that has bothered me for years. I remember waking up in a hotel room sitting upright in bed, barely able to open my eyes, with something in my hand that I thought was a chocolate Popsicle. Except it wasn’t cold, it didn’t taste like chocolate, and the texture was more like a rice cake or freeze-dried food. So, as hotel snacks go, one star.
Somewhere behind me, I heard a male voice say, “Good. Good.” Apparently I passed the intergalactic taste test. After taking a bite or two, I remember being laid back against the bed, still unable to fully open my eyes, with the strong feeling that more than one presence was in the room. Then the memory simply stops.
The next thing I remember is waking again sometime around 4:00 a.m. and seeing a strange reddish object beside the bed. It wasn’t exactly an orb. It was transparent, roughly four and a half feet tall, and had something flowing inside it that reminded me of a lava lamp. A voice from the other side of the room said something I couldn’t understand. I turned to look, saw nothing, and when I looked back, the red object was gone. Apparently whatever it was had mastered the oldest trick in the book: “Hey, look over there.”
Later, while traveling home, my girlfriend called me frightened and told me, “They came again last night.” That call seemed to trigger my own memories of what had happened. If she hadn’t called, I’m not sure I would have remembered the night at all.
The regression then unexpectedly shifted to an earlier childhood experience. I remembered waking up and seeing two short, pale bluish-white figures approaching my bed. One was taller than the other, both were roughly three feet tall, and my immediate reaction was basically the same sophisticated survival strategy I used as a kid: pull the covers over my head and hope the universe goes away.
During the session, I described being paralyzed, floated from the room, and taken toward a huge elongated craft with dull yellow, orange, and white lights underneath it. Inside, I described several gray-looking beings and what appeared to be a table just beyond the entrance.
This part of the regression made me uncomfortable for a different reason. Unlike some of the earlier material, I did not consciously remember these details beforehand. I repeatedly questioned whether I was remembering something or simply creating imagery under hypnosis. That uncertainty is important, and I don’t want to gloss over it.
Hypnotic regression is not proof that any of these events objectively occurred exactly as remembered. Memory is complicated, and hypnosis can produce vivid material influenced by imagination, expectation, suggestion, or reconstruction.
I’m sharing these sessions because they are part of my attempt to document and understand a series of experiences that have followed me throughout my life. I’m not asking anyone to believe me. I’m documenting what I remember, what surfaced during regression, and where even I have questions about what is memory and what might be something else. You can decide for yourself what to make of it.
Regression Session — June 22, 2026
Yvonne: All right, we are doing regression with G.R. on Monday, June 22nd, 2026. So, how was your weekend? How was your Father’s Day?
G.R.: It was really good. Spent some time with the family, just being outside in this beautiful summer weather here.
Yvonne: Oh, that’s nice. What’s your temperature over there?
G.R.: Yesterday, like 74, 75, and today I think it’s probably closer to 68.
Yvonne: Oh, see, I love that—between 68 and 74. When we get here, it’s upper 80s and 90s. It’s just too much. But I’m going to tolerate it.
G.R.: Well, Southern California weather is some of the best in the world. I don’t know what you’re complaining about.
Yvonne: No, it’s good. I just don’t like—as I’ve gotten older—I don’t like the heat, you know, like the 90s. But we’re very lucky here. We really are.
So, since your last session, did you have any dreams that you remember? Anything come up?
G.R.: No. It’s been between work and organizing for the book I’d like to write, which I’m finally organized and got everything ready.
I didn’t realize how much work, because over the years, you know, I had my journals I had to transcribe, and then various drawings and audio from my kids.
Then uploading it all to one place and a bunch of other little things that I have there. I needed to get that organized before I go off on vacation so I have access to it.
But nothing popped out except—
I’m so sorry, Yvonne. Even talking to you, I feel this is crazy.
Yvonne: I know. I understand.
G.R.: But the snout of the reptilian came more into focus. Remembering that tongue flipping out like a snake.
Yvonne: Yeah.
G.R.: The end of the snout was closer to a snake, actually.
I found a drawing that I had logged a long time ago because it was a reptilian that was fairly close to what a reptilian looks like from an actual abductee.
But I think they might have gotten the snout wrong a little bit. So that kind of interfered, I think, with my memories.
I was surprised. I mean, I remember going under, and I understand that I want to be in the place where I feel like I’m there in the present.
And I think you can probably tell when I’m accessing memories or whether I’m actually there.
I don’t know if this is a rational fear, but I’m still kind of uncomfortable.
It probably was in my head. I just had an uncomfortable feeling.
I hope nothing interferes with the book.
You know, Terry told me the story a few times of him being visited by Betsy, the name he gave to the ET, and they didn’t want him to write the book.
But something’s pushing me to write this book, so maybe it’s—
Anyway, I’m just blabbering on now.
Yvonne: But Terry went ahead and wrote. He wrote two books, so they didn’t interfere with him.
G.R.: Yeah. It was the first book.
But I have a very strong, compelling feeling—compelling is the right word—that I need to get this book done quickly.
Yvonne: People feel that. I know another person, same thing. He’s got this urgency to get his book written.
So you just organize everything. It’s a lot of work, and even more so editing the book. Oh my God. You can look at it, look at it, look at it, and you’ll have editors and everything, but you still find things. You still find mistakes and things.
G.R.: Yes. I know that process. Writing it, for me, I love it. I get into that zone and I’m writing it.
But all the other process—oh my gosh—it’s so much work.
Yvonne: But if you are compelled to get your book, then go ahead and do it.
There’s a lot of high strangeness around this. Like, as you know, we talked about—you may have a message or you may have a dream not to write it. Others have that, but they get their books out.
And I know that these beings want people to be aware of their experiences. They do want people to be enlightened about them.
So I just don’t feel you’re going to have a problem getting that out.
Now let me ask you: do you want to, like I said, I always leave it up to my client—do you want to go back to when you were 10 years old during that whole experience? Or do you want to go into when you came out here for your uncle’s birthday?
G.R.: Uncle’s birthday would be good. Or was it his anniversary? I forgot. I think it was his birthday.
Yes, I’d like to go into that.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: And if we have any extra time, I’d like to then go back to the 10-year-old one.
Yvonne: Yeah. There’s always more. We go into one time—I do this with many people going back to their childhood—and there’s always more to uncover.
But it might be a good idea to start with your trip out here for your uncle.
I reviewed part of your session last time. You said it was January 21st, his birthday, and you said you came out here in 2005.
You stayed in a hotel in San Clemente, and then from there, that’s when you were in your room. You went to bed about 10:00, and that’s when you woke up and you recalled some of that, having a chocolate Popsicle and you were supposed to eat it.
So I went through those parts of our session as we were talking about this.
We’ll start with that.
Again, if your subconscious spontaneously, say, goes back to when you’re 10 years old because it wants you to remember something, if that happens, just go with it.
Or it takes you back to another time in your life that you don’t even remember—go with it.
It may not happen today, but it happens enough where I tell my clients: just go with it and let’s see what comes out.
G.R.: I can understand that. It’s your subconscious floating that thought because it needs to come out, and those are usually the best thoughts—the best memories.
So, understood.
Yvonne: And again, your favorite place—did you say it was the beach?
G.R.: Yeah.
Yvonne: Okay. I’ll write that down.
G.R.: And there’s another memory I wanted to get to one time.
It’s when I saw what looked like a trunk-nose gray, and it confused me because I’d never seen that before, never heard about it.
But I was telling somebody at one of the UFO conferences in the Ozarks, and they said, “You’re talking about long-nose grays. Talk to Linda Moulton Howe. She’s right over there. She knows about those.”
It had a long nose.
I remember seeing it, and I could have sworn it was sort of like a trunk.
When I was describing the alien and I had a chance to talk to Linda, she wanted me to draw a picture. I never did draw a picture for her.
That’s something I really wanted to look into because that was one of the experiences where I’d never heard about this creature, but boom, later on somebody else confirms that, yeah, these actually do exist.
Yvonne: Okay. I don’t hear about them in my three decades. I don’t think—I don’t know off the top of my head—but that’s not to say they’re not there.
G.R.: I’m confident what I saw. It didn’t make sense, but—
Yvonne: Okay. And again, today, if your subconscious goes there, just go with that.
How old were you at the time?
G.R.: This was 2013. Tuesday, a couple days before my wedding.
Yvonne: Oh, okay.
G.R.: Hey, one quick question.
Yvonne: Yeah.
G.R.: Did I ask you this before?
A while ago, I noticed that if I had talked about it—the very few times I had actually talked about it with somebody else—maybe it was a coincidence, but about two days later, I would have a visit.
I always thought maybe they were doing some recon, maybe reading my mind to see what the conversation was about.
But have you heard anyone talk about that? You talk to somebody over a couple drinks and then, boom, two days later they show up?
Yvonne: Yeah. Yeah.
So many times when people schedule to see me—and this has been over the years—the night before, they’ll come up the next morning with a mark.
One came up with not just a mark, but a triangular bruise on his hand.
To me, that was a sign telling him they know that he’s coming to see me.
They’ll do little indications like that. They’ll come and visit again because they know.
They know what’s going on.
They absolutely know about me and the work that I’ve been doing.
So, yeah, I’ve heard that many times before.
G.R.: Yeah, that’s unsettling.
But I figured—I mean, my guess is they know. It’s their business to know everything.
Yvonne: Yeah. Oh, yeah.
And I don’t even think they need the implants. I don’t think they’re just tracking devices.
They can find us whenever—on vacation or wherever. They can find us, and they have.
G.R.: I was talking to Stephen. He used to work for Dr. Leir.
I said, “Stephen, okay, if you can find these and take them out of me and my family and we move to another country, will they still find us?”
He says, “Yeah, they’ll still find you.”
Yvonne: What Stephen was that?
G.R.: He was the assistant of Dr. Leir. Stephen—last name starts with a C.
Oh, yeah. Colbern, I think.
Yvonne: Yeah. Okay.
Definitely. People get visited whenever.
So, no stopping it.
It’s just—you know, we can’t say, “Look, leave us alone during vacation.”
They don’t, and I guess they have their reasons.
So let’s see what happens today.
We’re going to go into the 2005 one.
Again, do what you did last time. Don’t question. Don’t analyze. Just let it come through.
Like I said, don’t hold back because you think something sounds weird, because I may have heard it.
I want you to get as much out of your session as possible.
Do you have any other questions right now?
G.R.: No.
Yvonne: Okay. Just let it all flow through. Got it?
G.R.: Got it.
Yvonne: Just like you did. You did a perfect job for your first session. You just let it come out and verbalized everything and followed my suggestions.
You made my job easier, so thank you.
All right. Are you going to lie down?
G.R.: Yes.
Yvonne: Okay.
Did you see on your recording—I think yours came out a little dark. Was that the problem? Did you look at your recording?
G.R.: No, I haven’t had a chance.
Yvonne: Okay. That’s okay.
I could hardly see you, I think because of your phone, but more importantly, I was able to hear you, because I have to be able to ask you questions.
So you’re laying down now?
G.R.: Yes. And let me make sure we have no trouble with the phone falling over.
There we go.
Is that a little fuzzy or is that good?
Yvonne: It’s a little fuzzy.
G.R.: There we go. Move it closer.
Yvonne: Like I said, it was fuzzy most of your session, but I could hear you, and that’s the most important thing for me.
I wonder why it’s so fuzzy.
G.R.: I don’t know. Maybe it was trying to focus on you, like when you’re trying to take a picture.
Yeah, I can see right now it’s really fuzzy.
Yvonne: As long as it’s secure where it won’t fall over.
G.R.: Oh, yeah. The background is getting fuzzy because I think it does that as an effect.
When I’m talking to you here, what’s behind me is fuzzy.
How do I turn that off?
Yvonne: I can see you clearly right now, but when you go away a little bit, it gets fuzzy.
G.R.: Yeah. I’m just trying to figure out how to turn that off.
Oh, video effects. Here we go.
Okay, I should really do this later.
Oh, there it is. Got it.
Maybe not.
Yvonne: Talk. As long as I can hear you. Say something.
G.R.: Okay, I’m here.
Yvonne: Okay, good, good, good.
So you’re laying down. Do you have a blanket on you?
G.R.: Yes, partially.
Hypnosis Begins
Yvonne: All right. Let’s go ahead and get you nice and relaxed.
Let yourself sink into the bed and just leave everything on the outside for now.
Leave your responsibilities and schedules, knowing that we have set aside this special time just for you.
Begin now, as you allow your body to sink into the bed, your head resting against the pillow.
Begin by feeling your breathing and allowing your breathing to grow deep.
Give yourself permission to completely and totally let go—your body and your mind.
Feel your chest moving up and down as your breathing grows deep.
As you exhale, imagine that you are releasing any tension, stress, or anxiety that you may have been feeling. Letting it go.
Release any negative feelings, thoughts, or emotions that you may have been feeling or thinking.
Letting it go, knowing that it serves no purpose to hold in the negatives.
As you exhale, release any pain or discomfort that you may have been feeling within the physical body. Letting it all go.
Each and every time you exhale.
As you inhale, imagine that you’re inhaling all of the relaxation into every part of your body and your mind.
All the peacefulness and calmness into every muscle, every nerve, every fiber, as you allow all of the tensions to melt away.
As your breathing grows deep, move all of your attention now down to your feet.
Feel your feet resting against the bed as you concentrate on each and every toe.
As you concentrate on each and every toe, become aware of a deep, heavy relaxation beginning in your toes as it slowly and gently moves through the nerve endings of your feet down to your heels.
As if your feet are being gently massaged with deep relaxation and warmth.
Feel the warmth gently penetrating the ankles, gently penetrating the calves, enveloping the knees, and slowly and gently spreading throughout the thighs as your legs feel warm and comfortable.
Feel the warmth deeply penetrating the entire hip area, deeply penetrating the stomach muscles, slowly and gently spreading throughout the solar plexus and entire chest area.
As your breathing grows deeper, allow all of the tensions to melt away.
As you become aware of the shoulders and any heaviness or tension you may have been feeling in the shoulders, release it all now.
Feel the warmth deeply penetrating the shoulders, deeply penetrating the biceps and the elbows, slowly and gently spreading throughout the forearms and wrists and massaging all the tiny muscles in the hands.
As you exhale once again, release any remainder of tension, stress, or anxiety, letting it all go through each fingertip.
As you become aware of your lower back area, feel the warmth deeply penetrating the lower back as it slowly and gently spreads throughout the entire back area, as if the entire back area is being gently massaged.
Massaging all the tiny muscles in the neck area and massaging the entire scalp area.
Feeling warm, almost tingly, as if the entire scalp area is being gently massaged.
Become aware of the relaxation sweeping evenly over the forehead and over the eyelids as your eyelids grow heavier and heavier with each and every breath you take, massaging all the tiny muscles in the facial area.
Imagine now a cascading waterfall of relaxation from your head all the way down to your toes.
As I count from five down to zero, your body prepares you to become deep, deep asleep with each and every count.
Starting with five, as you feel every muscle, every nerve, every fiber letting go.
Four, allowing all of the tensions to melt away.
Three, like little slivers of ice melting away.
Two, allowing yourself to drift down deeper and deeper.
One.
And zero.
As you allow yourself to gently drift down into a deep, deep sleep, finding that each and every time I suggest deep sleep to you, you go quickly, soundly, and deeply to this depth or deeper.
The physical body relaxes, and the mind remains calm.
At this time, visualize, imagine, or picture yourself at the top of your beautiful, unique staircase.
Look all around and see the design you used to create your special staircase with two very sturdy handrails on each side.
As you’re standing there, feel very safe and secure.
As you reach deep within yourself, you find that each and every time you choose to explore a memory or an experience, you allow all of the information to come forward very easily and effortlessly.
Knowing now that this is the right time to remember and a very safe time to remember.
As you look toward the bottom of your beautiful staircase, you find that you’re anxious to get to the bottom because your beach is waiting for you.
Knowing that you built your staircase with 20 stairs, begin by taking the left handrail with your left hand.
Start down with your left foot.
Nineteen. Eighteen. Seventeen.
Sixteen.
Fifteen. Fourteen. Thirteen. Twelve.
Gently and slowly.
Eleven. Ten. Nine. Eight. Seven. Six.
You’re almost there.
Five. Four. Three. Two. One.
And zero.
As you allow yourself to gently drift down into a deep, deep sleep, you have now arrived at your beautiful beach.
Begin by taking some deep cleansing breaths and surround yourself with all of its beauty and tranquility.
I will leave you there now for a few moments just to be at peace.
Yvonne: Okay, G.R., we’re going to be leaving your beach for just a little while, but it is always there waiting for you whenever you want to be there.
For now, you’re going to allow yourself to take a trip back in time that you are now ready to explore and remember.
As we leave the present time of June 22nd, 2026, begin gently going back in time.
Going back to the year 2005.
During this time in your life, you took a trip out to Southern California to celebrate your uncle’s birthday, his birthday on January 21st.
Feel yourself now during that time in your life as you came for your visit, staying in a hotel in or near San Clemente, California.
As your mind is very sharp and very clear, your senses are heightened.
Feel yourself going to the hotel.
Everything is coming in very sharp and clear.
Pay attention to your body, as your body retains memories.
Describe verbally what the hotel looks like as you feel yourself there.
G.R.: It’s a one-story hotel.
Looking into it from the street, on the left side are one side of the hotel with the rooms, one being mine.
Then on the right side, again, the hotel extends with rooms.
The office is at the end.
So you have one prong of rooms on the left, one prong of rooms on the right, and then going straight back through the parking lot is the office.
Yvonne: Okay.
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to go to that night.
You’re in your hotel room, going to that night that you are now ready to explore, doing everything you do to get ready for bed.
It’s about 10:00.
Feel yourself there in your hotel room as you look around.
Describe what your hotel room looks like.
G.R.: You enter the door, and on the right side is the bed with two side tables.
On the left side—well, it’s the wall—and the bathroom is in the back.
There’s no door to the bathroom, just an opening in the back wall to the vanity area.
Yvonne: Okay.
Do everything you do to get ready for bed. It’s about 10:00.
When you’re ready, get into bed and let me know when you’re there.
G.R.: I’m there.
Yvonne: Feel the bed underneath you, the covers, the pillow, as you begin to drift off to sleep.
Allow yourself to verbalize anything and everything that comes forward.
Pay attention to your body, as your body retains memories.
Just verbalize everything.
G.R.: Well, I went to bed normally. Turned off the light. Fell asleep.
Then I wake up sitting up in the bed.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: With a Popsicle in my hand.
I can’t seem to open my eyes.
I can open them just a little bit and see that the room is lit.
There’s light in the room.
This Popsicle in my hand—for some reason, I’m thinking it has the wooden handle for a Popsicle.
It was light, and I’m supposed to eat it.
I take a bite, and it’s not cold and doesn’t taste like a chocolate Popsicle, which for some reason I thought it would.
That’s what I was thinking it was.
It was more of a—
It wasn’t a Popsicle.
It was like—
I guess a freeze-dried marshmallow, if you ever had one.
It’s light.
You can bite into it.
It’s not juicy because all of the liquid has been taken out.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: But this had no taste.
It has no taste.
I hear someone say, “Good. Good.”
Yvonne: As you hear someone say “good,” use all your senses.
Feel all around you. Look all around you.
Do you sense any movement where that voice saying “good” is coming from?
G.R.: To my back right.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: To my back right.
I can’t—
My eyes are semi-shut.
I can sort of see through where they’re partially open, but I can’t see it.
It’s coming from my back right.
After I eat a bite or two of the Popsicle, I lay back into my pillow, or something was behind me where I could lay back into my pillow.
There I am, laying back, but not lying down.
The pillow—I’m lying back into a pillow, something supporting my back.
It’s soft. I think it’s a pillow.
I’m pretty sure I’m in the hotel room.
Yvonne: Okay.
Feel all around you.
Feel underneath you.
Describe—you feel you’re in your hotel room.
Does it feel familiar like your hotel room?
Feel all around you.
G.R.: Yeah. It is.
I lay back with my back partially lifted up, as if someone had stacked a pillow or two behind me.
I’m on the bed.
The bed feels soft, like the bed I slept in.
The room is illuminated, but I can’t fully open my eyes.
The color of the wall is familiar from what’s getting through.
I don’t see anyone in there.
It’s as if they’re right behind me to my right.
I can’t see.
I’m not turning my head around to see who’s there.
After I lay back, that’s it.
I can’t see what happens after that.
Maybe I black out.
Yvonne: Feel your body, as your body retains memories.
Using all of your senses, feel and sense all around you.
Verbalize anything that you’re sensing, feeling, or hearing.
G.R.: After I ate it—that’s after they said, “Good.”
Approving that I ate it.
Laying back.
I laid back into my bed.
Again, I’m not lying down.
I’m propped up.
No, I’m just there.
Yvonne: Now, as you say “they,” you feel around you more than one?
G.R.: I do.
I only heard from one.
But, yeah.
There’s more than one.
Yvonne: Where do you sense they are?
G.R.: Back to the right and to the left.
Back to the left.
Again, I see no movement.
Yvonne: Excellent.
As you look around your room, is your room light or dark?
G.R.: It’s still light. It’s still light.
Yvonne: Do you sense or see the source of the light?
G.R.: No, I don’t.
I can’t even sense where it might be coming from.
There’s still light.
Yvonne: As you feel around you, look around you.
Can you describe who’s there with you?
G.R.: I can’t see.
Yvonne: Use all your senses.
Feel. Listen.
Sense all around you.
G.R.: I—
You know, right behind me, I have that visual of a reptilian, but that just popped into my head.
I don’t know if it’s from a previous conversation we had or—
Yvonne: Try not to analyze or question.
Just describe what comes forward.
Feel all around you.
What do they feel like?
Do they feel familiar to you?
G.R.: It seems like they were familiar with me.
There I am sitting up after eating whatever that was.
Then they had laid me back into the bed with my back propped up against pillows.
I’m sitting there and—
No.
Visually, I just can’t see what’s there.
Yvonne: Don’t worry about seeing.
Use all your senses.
Sense all around you.
Any sound? Any movement?
Your body retains memories.
Do you sense anything touching your body? Any pressure around your body?
G.R.: No.
No pressure.
At that point, it feels like I’m definitely in the bed.
I’ve never had an experience—
I’m sorry.
I’ve just never had that happen before, where they have you eat something.
But the texture, I do remember that.
No taste.
And it doesn’t taste like chocolate.
Then lying back, it’s not in my hand anymore.
They took it out.
They took the Popsicle away.
I’m just lying back, propped up.
The lights are still on.
Yvonne: What position is your body in?
G.R.: Lying on my back, with my back propped up a little bit, as if I have pillows behind me.
I’m not quite sure.
There’s an uneasy feeling.
Yvonne: Get in touch with that feeling.
What is the cause of that uneasy feeling?
Just verbalize it.
G.R.: They’re here.
They’re here again.
I’m stuck here, and I can’t fully open my eyes.
It’s as if I can see some light coming in.
I can barely open them, but I can see.
They’re here again.
They’re going to do something.
I never like this.
I never like being in this moment.
Very uneasy feeling.
Yvonne: Whatever happened, G.R., remember you came out of it.
Now you’re allowing yourself to remember as you are ready to remember.
Moving forward in this time and this experience, continue describing what’s happening.
G.R.: Wow.
Besides the shuffling, the sense of movement—
This is it.
I can’t seem to get beyond this.
This is the end.
Here I am, feeling uneasy, sensing the movement, and then boom—I’m out.
Did they feed me something that knocked me out?
Yvonne: Okay.
Take a deep breath.
G.R.: I would like to—
No.
From that point, I wake up in my bed in the hotel room.
I’m lying on my right side, touching the bed, looking—
There’s the time.
It’s four-something on the clock.
The red digital clock.
4:20.
No, no—around 4-something.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: In front of me is—
It’s red, not an orb exactly.
It’s oval.
Oval as in vertical oval, but not a perfect oval.
It’s sort of like a lava lamp.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: That same thing you see in a lava lamp, but it’s transparent.
It’s just flowing.
I can see through it.
There are no exact edges, just sort of a transparent reddish lava-like thing going on there.
Then a voice to my left says something that doesn’t make sense.
Yvonne: Try to verbalize it.
What are you hearing?
G.R.: It’s two sentences.
Short sentences.
I look to my left, and there’s nothing there.
I see the hotel room window with the curtains drawn and the light coming through from the lamp outside.
It’s brighter on that side of the room from the outside lights.
Nothing’s there.
So I don’t know where that voice came from.
Then I look back to the right side, and there’s nothing there.
That thing left.
They said something.
I can’t recall it.
Yvonne: Focus on what is being told to you.
Try to focus and verbalize it.
G.R.: I can’t remember at this moment.
It didn’t make sense.
It said something, but it didn’t make sense as in—
It was there to distract my attention.
Like, okay, so when I look back, what I was seeing before is not there.
Yvonne: Okay.
Take a deep breath right now, G.R.
We’re going to back up just a little bit in this time and experience.
Back to right before you see the lava-lamp-type object.
Describe everything that comes forward.
G.R.: I opened my eyes—or I was up.
But it was just this orb.
Red.
Not bright.
Just this thing there.
Backing up—
Nothing.
It’s just—
Forgive me. We need to take a little break.
A five-minute break, if that’s okay.
I’ll be right back.
Yvonne: Okay.
When you get up, you’re going to stay in hypnosis.
Be very careful as you move around.
G.R.: Okay. Just need a nature break. Be right back.
Yvonne: It’s okay.
G.R.: I’m back.
Yvonne: Okay. Get yourself comfortable.
Take a deep breath.
I’m going to count you down, allowing yourself to go deeper.
Starting with five, feeling every muscle, every nerve, every fiber letting go.
Four, allowing all of the tensions to melt away.
Three, like little slivers of ice melting away.
Two, allowing yourself to drift down deeper and deeper.
One.
And zero.
Allowing yourself to go into a deep, deep sleep.
Now feel yourself there in the hotel room.
Describe, as you begin to see the lava-lamp floating orb, what you are seeing or sensing.
G.R.: How the red bubble in a lava lamp moves—it’s sort of like that, but not quite like that.
It’s about four and a half feet—
No, maybe four—
Yeah, four and a half feet from the ground.
I can’t see the bottom because I can’t see over the bed.
It’s glowing, but transparent.
I can see the wall behind it.
It’s not bright.
More of a darker red, maybe crimson—but not that dark.
It’s flowing there sort of organically.
In lava lamps, the little floating bubbles are smaller.
These are a bit bigger.
They’re not as separate as in a lava lamp.
That’s the closest thing.
They’re just flowing around the interior of this body—this orb.
The flow of lights within it is slow.
The speed is similar to a lava lamp, but the actual thing doesn’t look like one.
It’s about four and a half feet tall and about two to two and a half feet wide.
It’s not exactly shaped like an oval.
The middle—the waist, I guess you could say—is bigger than the top and bottom.
After I look to my left and then look back to my right, it’s disappeared.
I go back to sleep.
Then I wake in the morning.
It seems like I go about getting ready and walk out to my rental car.
I notice a couple of kids looking my way.
Why are they looking at me?
Why are they staring at me?
I get in the car and go off to my uncle’s party.
Later, at the airport, I’m walking to my terminal where I board my plane, and I get a call from my girlfriend.
She calls and says, “They came again last night.”
When she called, the memories started flooding back.
If she hadn’t called, I would have forgotten them.
Yvonne: Okay.
G.R.: She explains that they came back the same night I was taken.
She’s frantic. She’s scared.
She wants me home.
Yvonne: Take a deep breath right now, G.R.
We’re going to back up.
You’re back in your hotel room.
Back to where you woke up that night.
You described the room lit up and you have something in your hand.
Which hand are you holding it in?
G.R.: The left hand.
Yvonne: Okay.
Feel what that is in your left hand.
As you do so, feel all around you.
Look all around you.
Sense anything around you, any movement or sound.
Describe everything as you’re sitting up with this object in your left hand.
G.R.: Yeah, it’s in my left hand.
Holding it feels like a stick you would have a Popsicle on.
No taste.
It wasn’t solid.
It was—
Rice cakes.
Sort of that texture where you bite into it.
It’s easy to bite into.
Very little resistance.
Like eating rice cakes or freeze-dried watermelon.
A voice says, “Good. Good.”
Yvonne: Listen to that voice.
Where is that voice coming from?
Just take a listen.
G.R.: It’s to my right.
To my right.
I see no movement.
The lights are on.
I can’t open my eyes.
They’re barely open, but I can’t seem to open them completely.
Yvonne: As you listen to that voice, does it feel or sound familiar to you?
G.R.: No.
No.
It’s just a male voice.
Yvonne: Continue describing.
Are you finishing what you have in your left hand?
G.R.: No.
I only took a bite or two.
They lay me back into the bed with my back propped up.
But I still can’t see.
Yvonne: As you took a bite or two, how does your body feel?
G.R.: Okay.
Yeah.
I’m there.
Yvonne: Do you want to continue with this experience?
G.R.: Yeah.
Though I can’t seem to recall.
I’m laying back in the bed for a few moments, and it ends there.
Next thing I know, I’m waking up to that reddish orb thingy.
Yvonne: Okay.
Focus on that reddish orb.
Be able to see it clearly.
Do you sense or hear any sound from it?
G.R.: No. It’s silent.
I’m more curious than afraid of it.
I should be, but I’m not.
Yvonne: Do you recall ever seeing this red orb?
G.R.: Not directly.
No.
But many times when I’m about to be taken—
One time in my condo, I saw my hallway lit up with a very dull red color coming forward toward my room.
I didn’t see the source.
Another time, sleeping in the backseat of my car, I woke up and saw on the car ceiling near the rearview mirror that it was kind of glowing red.
So there was something red outside causing that light.
Or the first night when I slept in a condo I had just bought many years ago.
I didn’t have a bed yet, and I slept in the walk-in closet.
It felt safer there.
I woke up and saw outside the closet that the floors and walls were very, very faintly glowing red.
There were no light bulbs or anything in the condo that would cause that.
I never recall seeing that red orb before, but I remember seeing a red glow in a few experiences.
When I was younger, multiple times—it wasn’t red—but I remember being in my room as a kid.
I’d wake up and look beyond the foot of my bed where the closets were.
These two things were glowing a very light, pale bluish color.
They were approaching my bed, and I’m terrified.
I close my eyes.
I don’t see them.
But I remember seeing that a few times as a kid.
Yvonne: Are you ready to explore that time and experience?
G.R.: Sure.
Yvonne: Take a deep breath.
Going back.
Going back to being a child, about 10 years old, living in Columbus in your house with your mom, dad, and sister.
G.R.: I was a little bit younger for this.
Yvonne: Okay.
Feel yourself back there as you’re getting ready to explore that memory, that experience.
Feel yourself in your room.
Your body retains memories.
Verbalize everything that comes forward.
G.R.: Yeah.
I wake up looking at the other side of my room.
There are two closets there.
These two beings were short.
One was taller than the other.
I can’t make them out.
Think of them glowing a light white-bluish color.
Very, very, very bluish.
They were glowing like that.
They start approaching the bed.
Yvonne: Describe everything.
Verbalize.
G.R.: Very short.
Like three feet, give or take.
Yvonne: How many do you see?
G.R.: There are two.
Yvonne: As you look at them, as they’re approaching you, do they feel familiar?
G.R.: Yeah.
It’s happened before.
This is not the first time.
They’re coming toward the bed, and I just close my eyes.
I’m under the covers.
Yeah.
They’re at the bed.
I can’t see.
My eyes are closed and the bed sheet is over my head, but they’re there.
I’m scared.
Yvonne: Without feeling the fear, know that whatever happened, you came out of it safely.
Allow yourself to describe everything.
G.R.: I can’t think of—
What flows out is that you’re taken away.
I’m terrified, paralyzed with fear, and floated.
Yvonne: What position is your body in?
G.R.: Horizontal.
As if I was lying down in bed.
I have a feeling that I’m taken to the ship outside, but nothing’s coming to me right now.
Yvonne: Describe the ship.
Try to describe the ship.
G.R.: I’ve seen the ship so many times before.
It’s very menacing from the outside.
Very, very menacing.
Looking up, there are these small, different-colored lights on the bottom.
It’s elongated.
It’s not a saucer.
Just elongated.
Looking up, I see whether a door is opening or already open.
There’s bright light coming from the interior.
I’m either going in or coming out.
It’s a huge ship where I can’t see where the ship ends.
When you enter into it—
I can’t remember what happens before or after.
Though with the reptilian incident that we talked about, I remember coming out of it and then being floated to the kitchen.
Yvonne: Now, in this experience, you’re floating vertically.
Are you able to look up at the ship?
G.R.: No.
It seems like what I’m seeing right now is just floating up.
Not straight vertically or horizontally, but at a diagonal.
Yvonne: Do you sense the beings next to you?
G.R.: Yeah.
One on the right, one on the left.
Slightly behind me.
I’m just looking at the ship.
Yvonne: As you’re looking up, try to describe it.
G.R.: That’s why it’s so menacing and scary.
Wow.
Going in or out of it—
I’ve done this many times before.
I’ve seen the same thing many times before.
Lights.
Just little lights.
Think LED lights, but a little bit bigger.
More dull, not bright.
Dull yellows and oranges and whites.
They seem to be on the sides of the entrance to the middle with the light coming out.
Even when the doors are closed, those little dull LED lights are on either side of the bottom.
They’re in rows, but sort of sporadically.
Not dot-dot-dot evenly.
There’s a dot farther down, another dot, another dot, and so forth.
Sort of random like that.
There are some other lights there.
I can’t quite—
Like those LED lights.
I remember floating toward it and coming out of it, but a lot of times going in, thinking, “Shit, this is happening again.”
Yvonne: Feel yourself floating toward it.
Remember, whatever happened, you came out of it.
But you’re allowing yourself to remember.
Feel your body floating toward it.
Describe everything.
G.R.: I’m floating toward it.
I’m upright.
I’m not horizontal.
I’m vertical, facing up, floating up through it.
There are those two beings that are always there to accompany me.
I’m floating toward it.
It’s a dark metal.
A very dark metal of some sort.
I’m going through the hatch.
Yeah.
There are several there.
Yvonne: Describe them.
G.R.: Typical gray.
Black eyes, thin, big heads.
Yvonne: Do they look like the ones that were in the bedroom?
G.R.: No.
Those were glowing.
I remember seeing them, but I can’t recall what they look like now.
I remember seeing them and being terrified, but I can’t recall at this moment what they looked like.
Yvonne: How many do you see there?
G.R.: I see three, plus the two behind me.
I sense they’re there.
Up into the hatch.
It’s white inside.
I’m seeing a flat bed.
I see a flat bed coming into the hatch right in front of me.
The bottom of the bed—whatever it is—is white too.
It’s facing where the hatch was.
My eyes are adjusting.
It seems so white and bright outside, but now they’re adjusting.
Yeah.
That’s it.
Right now, I’m explaining what I see in my mind, but I don’t recall it having happened before consciously.
I guess I should be experiencing it right now, but I’m hesitant.
If it’s just coming out like this, I worry because before we were working on memories I’ve had that never went away.
But a new memory coming in—
I fear, is this my mind making it up or not?
I know you said go with it.
Yvonne: Try not to analyze it.
G.R.: Yeah.
You sense—feel—you’ve had this experience very young.
Okay.
Floating up from my bedroom through the ceiling to the ship and going there.
They get to work on me immediately, whatever they’re doing.
They don’t seem to waste time.
Boom.
I’m there on the bed, and they’re doing whatever.
Most times I’m unconscious.
Then they bring me back.
I have that sense that they take you—boom, boom—you’re in the room, they’re doing what they need to do.
Sometimes it’s very painful physically.
They quickly return you.
I have no memories of whole abduction experiences from beginning to end.
Usually it’s bits.
I’ll wake up and see them.
Or I’ll go to bed and they’ll be there.
Or I’ll wake up in a room somewhere knowing, “Hey, I’m awake, and this is not my bedroom.”
Yvonne: Okay.
You’re doing just fine, G.R.
We’re going to stop right here.
Relax.
Take a deep breath.
Everything that came forward, you’re going to go on remembering and remember more consciously as time goes on.
Let’s leave that time for now and come back to the present time of June 22nd, 2026.
As you’re coming back to the present time, go to that beautiful beach.
As you’re approaching your beach, begin to feel very peaceful and calm.
Feel your body and mind feeling very calm.
Let me know when you’re there.
G.R.: Okay. I’m there.
Yvonne: Surround yourself with all that you love about your special place, knowing that it’s always there waiting for you whenever you want to be there.
Tonight when you sleep, and each and every night, you will enjoy a very restful sleep, waking up each and every morning feeling rested, energetic, and ready to meet the challenges of each new day.
As I count from zero back up to five, you’ll awaken feeling fully refreshed, mentally alert, very calm, with a good sense of well-being, and always feeling happy.
Starting with zero, which always represents deep sleep.
The suggestions I’ve given you are now reinforced.
Coming up to one and two as your breathing becomes more normal.
Three.
Feel your body starting to come around.
Four.
Your eyes are opening.
Five.
One, two, three, four, five.
Eyes open.
Wide awake.
Feeling great.
Now be careful not to get up too quickly.
G.R.: I’m so sorry. Forgive me. I’ll be right back.
Yvonne: Oh, it’s okay. No worries.
G.R.: Thank you for waiting. I have a couple of questions.
Okay.
Picking me up through the ship—
I’m telling you what is coming to my mind, but it’s not coming from an actual memory.
So I’m kind of—
Maybe it’s unfounded.
I’m scared that I might be making something up.
Yvonne: Think about it.
You’re letting your subconscious bring those images to the surface for you, and therefore it could be legitimate.
G.R.: So I will need to just go with the flow next time and allow that to happen.
But I’ll need to let you know what’s from memory and what’s not.
Yvonne: Yeah.
G.R.: Let me ask you this.
Floating up to the ship through the portal and the bright light and my eyes adjusting—
Have you had other reports where the room where they set you down—the bed—is right inside that portal?
Or is that usually not—
Yvonne: Not in the portal, but just when you go inside?
Sometimes it is there.
Sometimes it’s there with the beings around it.
Other times it’s almost like a waiting area, and then the person feels themselves being escorted to another place in the ship.
So, yeah.
When you said there was a bed there—some people call it a table.
G.R.: Table sounds more like it.
Yvonne: Yeah.
I was not surprised.
Try not to dwell on, “I’m afraid I’m making this up,” only because now you spontaneously went to when you were younger.
You said you saw the beings outside your closet—
G.R.: No, no. They’re right outside my closet.
Yvonne: Okay.
You mentioned that this happened several times in your childhood.
So I went ahead and said, “Okay, let’s go with this.”
For whatever reason, you went there and you’re ready to remember it.
That didn’t surprise me because this starts in childhood all the time.
You’re describing the beings coming toward your bed.
You’ve got your sheet up.
Children get scared.
Then there was that feeling of familiarity.
It was very familiar to you.
You felt that you had been through that several times.
G.R.: Yeah, I have.
Crazy.
Yvonne: So, yes.
You felt yourself floating up.
You went through the hatch.
There were other beings there.
But try not to dwell on “I think I made it up,” because everybody worries about that.
Of course everybody worries about that.
Just try to—
I know you’re going on vacation, but when you have some quiet time, just like the session we did when you were 10 years old, drawing the reptilian, try to draw these beings that came out during this session and the ship.
When you looked up at the ship—your point of view.
It’ll benefit you and perhaps trigger more memory.
It’s also going to benefit you with your book, as well as me sending you the recordings of these sessions.
You might want to add a transcript or two when you’re describing that particular experience.
Try not to focus and worry about “I may have made it up.”
Your feeling when you were in your bed as a child was, “This is happening again.”
That’s not surprising.
So try to let that go.
Again, pay attention to dreams.
Pay attention to flashbacks—even on vacation.
You could be in your hotel room or wherever you are.
You may have a flashback.
You may have a dream.
However you’re documenting everything, try to take it with you and document whatever comes up.
Like I said, that’s going to benefit you as well as your book.
G.R.: Yeah.
Yvonne: Okay.
And you’re leaving tomorrow?
G.R.: I’m leaving tomorrow, but not for vacation.
I’m leaving tomorrow for business, going back to Dallas.
Yvonne: Oh, that’s right.
Oh my gosh.
Please give Terry my love.
Tell him we all miss him.
G.R.: I sure will.
Yvonne: I’d love to see him at some point.
Hopefully that’ll happen.
Enjoy your trip, your time with Terry, and keep me posted on things.
If something comes up, if questions come up, email me.
G.R.: I definitely will.
What time is it?
Yvonne: It is 11:48.
I have my next one right after you.
I think we covered a lot today.
Try not to worry about making it up.
Just kind of let that go.
Let things come forward because the subconscious will bring things forward.
G.R.: Yeah.
One last thing.
You’ve got another one coming up.
For some reason, the way those two kids looked at me at the hotel is unsettling.
I don’t know.
Did they see something that night?
But why would kids be up that late?
Yvonne: I remember you mentioned them before when you were talking to me about that last time.
When you left and were getting into your rental car, what time was that?
G.R.: I don’t know.
Was it 8:30-ish?
No, I mean, I remember seeing 4:20.
Did I sleep in?
I can’t recall.
Yvonne: Okay. That’s okay.
But it was when you were leaving the hotel, right?
G.R.: Yeah. It was daytime.
It was when they were looking at me.
Kids don’t usually look at someone with such curiosity.
Yvonne: About how old were they?
G.R.: Seven to ten.
One was a little older, one a little younger.
Yvonne: And as you think back at them, they looked like children?
G.R.: Oh, yeah.
No, no. This was in the morning.
They were human kids.
Yvonne: Okay.
They could have seen something.
They could have seen the bright light.
You never know.
You’ll never know because how could you get ahold of them, right?
But, yeah, you felt strange about the way they were looking at you.
Maybe they did see something.
And the parents—I mean, who knows?
G.R.: I’ll go and let you go. You’ve got another one going.
Thanks so much.
Yvonne: Well, good to see you.
Again, you did a fabulous job.
Your phone would focus and then come out, focus and then come out.
That’s okay.
We could hear each other, so that’s what’s important.
I’ll send you this recording once I get it into my computer.
If any other questions pop up, be sure to document everything.
There’s a lot of high strangeness around this.
And then you and Terry are going to get together.
I can imagine both your energies.
You never know, right?
G.R.: Yeah.
It’s been nice to have someone to talk to all these years about this.
Yvonne: Yes. Absolutely.
And you’re sending Zelle today?
G.R.: Oh, yeah.
Yvonne: Okay, perfect.
G.R.: Yeah, the usual.
Yvonne: All right, G.R. You have a wonderful, safe trip, and we will be in touch.
G.R.: Sounds good. Thanks so much.
Yvonne: All right. Take care.
G.R.: Take care.
